As you might imagine, buying a home is a major undertaking.
For many trying to cut down the time in finding the right home,
their first step usually involves searching the internet.
Initially, this can be a valuable tool.
Sites such as Realtor.com display thousands of properties from which to choose. And quite honestly, most homes are usually featured in their best possible light. While on the surface
you may have found an "unbelievable" home at a fabulous price, there is a lot more involved in making that dream a believable reality.

When I work with you, I want to make sure we find out every detail
about the property you are interested in. Too many times I have
seen buyers who try to do it on their own, face disappointment,
liability, and financial loss.
Property liens, underground oil tanks, soil remediation, nearby
landfills, association fees, and a lack of understanding of true
market value, can defeat the process. Sometimes sellers do not
disclose what is really wrong with a house. Or, they may not even
know the problems exist because they were never fully disclosed
to them.

Unfortunately, a buyer can go too far into the purchase process before they find out any of these things.
That is why I make it my business to know the facts in order to help you navigate successfully through the home buying process. It is not about trying to put a square peg in a round hole. It IS about the perfect fit for you and your family.

doing research, evaluating what you hear out there in the market
about the property, it is being objective about the good and the
bad, and it is knowing all the facts in order to make the right
decision.
